What We Do
Our work covers the whole life of a product, from the first scoping conversation through design, engineering, launch and the years of live operation that follow. Nothing is handed off to an agency. The people who design it are the people who run it.
UX & Interface Design
Interfaces for people playing on a phone, often one handed, often for hours. Every tap is designed for speed and clarity, because in a live money game hesitation caused by the interface is a real cost to the player.
Game Development
Table logic, hand engines, variant rules across NLH, PLO and mixed formats, run it once or twice, side pots, and the hundred small rules that only show up once real players start looking for edges.
Mobile Engineering
Unity 3D clients and native builds for iOS, Android and desktop, tuned to run well on the low and mid range devices most players actually own, not just the newest handset in the office.
Backend & Real-Time Systems
Low latency game servers, matchmaking, player state, table state recovery after a dropped connection, chip and wallet ledgers, notifications, and the admin tooling operators live inside every day.
Live Ops & Retention
Tournaments and schedules, leaderboards, jackpots, streaks, missions, cashback and bonus mechanics. The systems that decide whether a player who signed up in March is still playing in September.
Analytics & Admin Tools
Operator dashboards with real visibility into the economy. Where chips came from, where they went, which promotions paid for themselves, and which player behaviour is worth a closer look.

RNG integrity, anti collusion detection, fraud and multi accounting checks, anomaly monitoring and audit trails. In real money gaming this is not a feature, it is the licence to operate at all.
Payments & Compliance
Deposits, instant cashouts, bonus release rules and the tax handling Indian players expect, including TDS and GST treatment. We have shipped this on our own platform, not read about it.

Our Process
We build with a product mindset rather than a delivery mindset. Launch is the start of the interesting part, not the finish line, so the way we work is shaped around what happens after the first release.
Scope
Goals, audience, the market you are really competing in, and the systems the product needs underneath it. We get uncomfortably specific about what success looks like before anyone opens a design file.
Design
Flows, interaction design, game systems and architecture planned together rather than in separate rooms. We prototype the parts that carry risk and keep reworking them until they feel right in the hand.
Build
Full stack development with QA, automated regression, real device coverage and load testing well above expected peak. Releases go out in stages so a problem reaches a few players, never all of them.
Run
Live monitoring, analytics, tuning, events and content, and a roadmap that keeps moving. This is where most of a platform's lifetime is spent and where most studios stop paying attention.

AceHigh Poker
A real money online poker platform for the Indian market, built end to end in house. Multiplayer cash games across NLH, PLO, PLO5, PLO6 and mixed formats, a full tournament system, wallets and instant cashouts, jackpots and leaderboards, a next generation HUD, and the fair play machinery that keeps all of it honest. The client is built in Unity 3D and ships on mobile and desktop.
